Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Family Courts Act 1980,
Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Peter Francis Boshier, Family Court Judge of Auckland
to be the Acting Principal Family Court Judge for the period 13 March 2004 to 2 May 2004.
