Authority Appointed
Pursuant to section 129N (4) of the Immigration Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Dr Josephine Gail Baddeley of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 6 September 2004 and ceasing at the end of 5 September 2008;
Richard J. Towle of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 1 February 2005 and ceasing at the end of 31 January 2006; and
Bridget Anne Dingle of Wellington
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 1 February 2005 and ceasing at the end of 31 January 2009.
