I hereby give notice that, under section 75 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, the Animal Welfare (Layer Hens) Code
of Welfare 2004 is issued and comes into force on 1 January 2005.
The code of welfare is available for inspection free of charge and for purchase at the following address:
