HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 17 of the Maori Purposes Act 1943,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
O r d e r
1. Title-This order is called the Estate of Pukepuke Tangiora Order 2004.
2. Commencement-This order comes into force on
24 December 2004.
3. Appointment-(1) This order appoints David Pohatu Stone as a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora. David Pohatu Stone replaces Charles Tohara Mohi, who has died.
(2) This order also appoints Karanema Hetekia Bartlett as
a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora. Karanema Hetekia Bartlett replaces John Matthews Mackie, who resigns on 24 December 2004.
