Pursuant to section 283 of the Fisheries Act 1996, I hereby give notice that I have appointed
John Livingston Marshall, solicitor of Wellington
to be a member of the Catch History Review Committee.
The appointment shall commence on 1 January 2005 and shall expire on 30 September 2008.
This notice shall come into force the day after the notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
