Pursuant to the Marriage Act 1955, the Registrar-General of Marriages, hereby gives notice as follows:
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Exempt Religious Body) Notice No. 1.
2. The Registrar-General approves The Church at Gloriavale as an exempt religious body pursuant to section 32C of the Marriage Act 1955.
This exemption shall come into effect from the 16th day of December 2004.
