I am writing to advise that I give written notice, under section 58 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, authorising the Residual Health Management Unit to perform the function of administering Crown loans made directly by the Crown to district health boards, as agreed by the Ministers of Health and Finance on a case-by-case basis.
