Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to Section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen in Sections 16 and 17, Town of Kelso of 2024m2, held in computer freehold registers OT343/71 and OT376/48, the registered proprietor being West Otago Motors Limited,
a company removed from the Companies Register on 6 July 1999 and formerly having its registered office at Kelso, Otago.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 11 November 2004.
