Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the Kaikohe Intermediate School Board of Trustees and appoint
Barbara Judge
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Kaikohe Intermediate School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
