The notice of appointment of limited statutory managers
at Kaikohe Intermediate School (as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 2003, No. 146, page 4090) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
