Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Te Ururoa Flavell
as commissioner for Sunset Junior High School.
All functions, powers and duties of the Sunset Junior High School Board of Trustees are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
