Pursuant to section 54 (2) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Finance announces the appointment of
Alison Mae Paterson
as a non-executive director on the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand's Board of Directors for a term of five
years commencing on 1 February 2005; and
John Goulter
as a non-executive director on the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand's Board of Directors for a term of five
years commencing on 9 February 2005.
