Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 2 November 2004, against Lindsay Edgar McNab for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1980 Datsun 810, Registration No. JK3388.
