Pursuant to section 23 of the Supreme Court Act 2003,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Right Honourable Sir Johann Thomas Eichelbaum, G.B.E., retired Chief Justice of New Zealand
an Acting Judge of the Supreme Court from the date hereof until 16 May 2006.
