Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Ian Douglas Stewart, of Upper Hutt
as an Environment Commissioner for a term of five years commencing on 22 November 2004.
