Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 December 2003, which was granted under those Regulations to Kathleen Hemi, Q.S.M.,
in respect of Te Kupenga o Omaka (65168), situated at Omaka Marae, Aeodrome Road, Blenheim.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
