Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to reappoint
Paul Allan Catchpole, of New Plymouth
John Robert Mills, of Wellington
as Environment Commissioners; and
Robyn Grigg, of Akaroa
as a Deputy Environment Commissioner,
each for a term of five years commencing on 29 September 2004;
and further to appoint
Kathryn Anne Edmonds, of Wellington
Alexander James Sutherland, of Christchurch
as Environment Commissioners for a term of five years commencing on 31 January 2005; and
Thomas Winston Fookes, of Auckland
as a Deputy Environment Commissioner for a term of five years commencing on 1 November 2004.
