Pursuant to section 11G (2) (a) of the Food Act 1981, notice is given that the New Zealand (Prescribed Foods) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 2, was issued by the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry on 18 October 2004 and comes into force upon service of the notification or upon publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
This food standard can be inspected free of charge at
