motor vehicles:
1981 Honda Accord, Registration No. JW1480.
Against: Michael Pelecudis.
1982 Holden Commodore, Registration No. KS8933.
Against: Scott Jason Smith.
1989 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. ON1688.
Against: Lindsay Kenneth Moody.
1997 Ford Mondeo, Registration No. WO6564.
Against: Timothy Stanley Francis.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
