Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 27 January 2004, against Graham Stuart Kingswell for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. WR4247.
