Pursuant to section 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 7 October 2004, against Stephen Jamie Mason for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1984 Mitsubishi Mirage, Registration No. ABA792.
