This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of Serval Properties Limited, (a company that was deregistered in July 2001):
The sum of $10,131.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has been lodged by Cyril Alexander Niven McMillan and Peter John McMillan, the former shareholders of the company.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the aforenamed, subject to no notice of
a justifiable claim being received on or prior to 12 November 2004.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimants must submit a claim to the National Manager, Public
Trust Central Service Centre, P.O. Box 31-543, Lower Hutt (Attention: Ken Southam), on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
