Pursuant to section 87N (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September
2004, notice is given that, having received an application
from Pacific Blue Airlines (Aust) Pty Ltd, of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services, Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline a scheduled international air service licence to carry on scheduled services for an indefinite term with effect from 11 October 2004.
