Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 7 September 2004, against Joseph Daniel Kino for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1984 Ford Falcon, Registration No. MT1708.
