Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence of 30 June 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Susan Maree Stikkelman in respect of Wharetiki Preschool & Nursery (70576), situated at 854 Colombo Street Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
