Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint a commissioner for Rangiriri Primary School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Rangiriri Primary School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
