Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act
2002, on 26 August 2004 at the Tauranga District Court, Donna Maria Himiona was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol level - and
in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
1990 Mitsubishi Galant (white) motor vehicle, Registration
No. ZO5728
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
