Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court
on 17 August 2004, against Janet Pikitu Ngaia for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Ford Telstar, Registration No. AEJ497.
