Pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Catherine Jane Reid, Manager of Gaming Operational Policy, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice that
I have made the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2004 acting under authority delegated to me by the Secretary for Internal Affairs.
The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2004 take effect on 1 September 2004.
Copies of the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2004 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs web site at
www.dia.govt.nz
