Pursuant to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs
Act 1975, I, Annette King, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of Class B controlled drugs with the exception of methadone by
Dr Keith Bradford Laubscher, medical practitioner of Hamilton.
