Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve 12 October 2004, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Kotuku Board of Trustees.
I also approve 25 October 2004, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
