Takeovers Panel
Pursuant to section 6 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to reappoint
David Oliver Jones of Auckland
as deputy chair for a term of five years commencing on the date of appointment; and
Kevin James O'Connor of Auckland
for a term of three years commencing on the date of appointment; and
Alastair Roderick Lawrence of Auckland
Daphne Margaret Doreen Rawstorne of Wellington
for a term of two years commencing on the date of appointment
as members of the Takeovers Panel.
