Pursuant to section 46 (1) of the Social Welfare (Transitional Provisions) Act 1990, I give notice that I have appointed

to be a member of the board of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board for a term of two years commencing on 29 July 2004 and ending on 28 July 2006; and
Lorraine Lilian Peacock of Dunedin
Nigel David Millar of Christchurch
to be members of the board of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board for a term of three years commencing on
29 July 2004 and ending on 28 July 2007;
and reappointed
Jennifer Ann Thompson of Lower Hutt
to be a member of the board of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board for a term of two years commencing on 29 July 2004 and ending on 28 July 2006.
