Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 July 2003, which was granted under those Regulations to Te Kohanga Reo o Nga Ruahine Rangi (40250), situated at 2233 Eltham Road, Awatuna, Kaponga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette
