I, Graham Boxall, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development, hereby approve the form ESS Form 04/01/CEER for the purposes of an application for an exemption pursuant to Regulation 103 of the Electricity Regulations 1997.
All previous forms for applications are revoked and substituted by the form ESS Form 04/01/CEER within
10 working days from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
