Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori
o Waitaha (4212), Christchurch, and appoint a commissioner for the kura.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waitaha are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after its publication.
