Pursuant to section 37 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Director-General of Health cancels the designation of
SGS International Certification Services PTY Ltd
to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.
This cancellation takes effect from 1 October 2004.
