Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Nga Mokopuna (1143), Seatoun, Wellington, will become a Year 1-13 composite school on 4 October 2004 and cease
to be a primary school on that day.
