Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, in
the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
Christopher John Allan, barrister of Auckland
a Judge of the High Court, the commission to take effect
on 1 September 2004.
