Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 1 July 2004, against Andrei Nikolaevich Danilovich for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1984 Toyota Grande, Registration No. PE1740.
