Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 13 January 2004, against Gregory Lindsay John Guise for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1990 Nissan NX, Registration No. UC6727.
