Pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. (1) This notice may be cited as The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 2004.
(2) This notice shall take effect on 6 July 2004.
2. The Correspondence School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
(a) A chairperson appointed by the Minister of Education; and
(b) six members appointed by the Minister of Education.
3. The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 2001 (2), published in the New Zealand Gazette,
8 November 2001, No. 153, page 3781, is revoked.
