Pursuant to section 4D of the Education Act 1989, I give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Education (Board Fees Reimbursement for Foreign Students) Notice 2004.
(2) This notice will come into effect on 1 January 2005.
2. Fees to be reimbursed by boards to the Crown-Every State school (other than an integrated school) must pay to the Secretary for Education a fee of $900.00 in respect of each foreign student enrolled at the school.
3. Revocation-This notice revokes and replaces the Education (Board Fees Reimbursement for Foreign Students) Notice 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 1997, page 1127.
