Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred
by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Air Vanuatu and Asiana Airlines to:
(a) in the case of Air Vanuatu, provide for three B737 services between Vanuatu and Auckland; and
(b) in the case of Asiana, provide for the carriage of own-stopover passengers on code share services between Auckland and Sydney, Auckland and Wellington, and Auckland and Christchurch.
