Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have prescribed, pursuant to section 327 of the Act, the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004.
The Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on 1 July 2004.
