Pursuant to section 326 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, declare that all gambling equipment used to conduct or monitor casino gambling must be approved by me as complying with minimum standards relevant to the equipment before the equipment may be used under a licence granted under
the Gambling Act 2003.
This declaration shall take effect on 1 July 2004.
