Member Appointment
Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to appoint
Leroy Hemmingway, of Wellington
to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising from Part 4A of the Commerce Act, for a term commencing on the date of appointment and expiring on 14 September 2006.
