Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 June 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Stephen Barry in respect of Pro Fitness (65067), situated at Level Two, Harvey Norman Centre, corner of Moorhouse Avenue and Colombo Street, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
