Pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Administrator of the Government, His Excellency the Honourable Noel Anderson, has been pleased to reappoint
Denese Rosemary Bates, Q.C., of Auckland
to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a period of five years commencing on 30 April 2004.
