Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 October 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Denise De Vorms in respect of Levin Private Kindergarten (40196), situated at 9 Victoria Street, Levin.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
